This is a sweet decaf. Literally sweet. The sugarcane decaf process gives this coffee an enjoyable sweet molasses flavour combined with some nuttiness. We liked it so much that this is the second year in a row we purchased this coffee from Gilberto Rojas. Regardless of your thoughts about decaf, this is a great coffee.
